Melinda Yeomans earned a master of fine arts degree in creative writing from Sarah Lawrence College in New York. She is a working writer, an organic gardener and eternally a student.

Her special interests are poetry, philosophy, psychology and comparative religion. She believes working with students as an advisor for the College of Liberal Arts to be a privilege, and hopes she can be of service.
